  2. Current Employee, more than 1 year

    Pros

Its easy work to do, and its great if you need some cash on the side.

    Cons

Its hard to do the job that you were paid to do, with things constantly breaking, and when fixed after months of dealing with it, its only a temporary fix.

    Pros

Flexibility with schedule, worked with supportive colleagues, information was easily accessible when needed (exam rules/policies) when assisting customers (candidates). Straightforward role of checking candidates in and confirming information for their exam and ensuring they're not cheating. Overall I enjoyed my time working there due to the team I had. Every location varies and changes overtime. It's not something I'd consider for full time.

    Cons

Inadequate management (shocker). Low pay and responsibilities continued to pile up from our usual role along with unrealistic expectations (again, shocker). Checking in candidates in a timely manner when performing it all in front of cameras was difficult because they overbooked exams/seats throughout the day. No incentive or increase pay for long term workers Again, all of these can change overtime but just keep your expectations low.

    Pros

Part time @ $15./hr. I got the testing rooms ready first thing then logged in all testing computers with the participants loggin credentials. I checked in all testing participants, went over the testing rules and requirements with them and escorted them to our testing rooms, locked up all of their personal belongings and set them up on their computers. I observed each participant while they tested. I contacted IT Help for resolution of computer issues when they arose and resolved any issues quickly. I was able to work a very flexible schedule and could change my availability when needed. Management was wonderful. I got a lot of additional out of town bookings and was paid a very good mileage reimbursement which gave me a lot of extra money. Test center staff were friendly and helpful. They booked mostly spring, summer, fall and had very few bookings in winter. I was laid off during Covid and haven't gone back but would definitely go back when there's no longer any Covid outbreaks.

    Cons

During the winter there were very few bookings and there were weeks in a row that I didn't work which was a bit frustrating not to make money for 3-4 months in the winter. Otherwise this was a great part time job I loved.

It was ok for what it was, a lot of sitting and little management.

    Cons

The customers were a lot sometimes.

  7. Former Employee, more than 1 year

    Pros

-In the heart of NYC -Great View of city

    Cons

The company underpaid their employees. Also, there was no room for advancement within company. Understaffed. Huge turnover.

  8. Former Employee, less than 1 year

    Pros

The job and tasks are easy and it's cool to have most holidays off and still get holiday pay. It's also nice the test centers are closed Sundays.

    Cons

Horrible benefits for part time employees even though you work full time hours. Only 20% of the customers are awful but they are so bad it makes working there unbearable. Pay is low for the type of customers and safety risks.
